My 1 year health and fitness journey:

This journey has been amazing thus far...I’ve learned how to workout, which exercises work best for my body, how to eat healthy, how to cook/bake healthy foods, and so much more! While going through pictures I was able to see how far I’ve come-I’ve lost weight, lost inches, but I’ve also gained confidence and happiness! 

And the best part?! I’ve not only created a healthy and happy life for myself, but I’ve had the opportunity to help others create a healthy and happy life through coaching!

I want to thank my coach for having an answer for all of my objections when I came across her table at a local fair a little over a year ago, because I probably won’t be as healthy and happy today if it wasn’t for your support and encouragement! I also want to thank my team and challengers for providing support and motivation along the way! ðŸ’•For me this is a journey and a way of life, so I’m not stopping now! Progress not perfection! 

Meet Erin C:

Before 80 Day Obsession, Erin was ready to give up on losing weight. She was sick and tired of putting in work without seeing results, and she figured that she couldn’t get the body she wanted because of her age.

She proved herself wrong after she finished the program and lost a whopping 27.1 pounds and 19 inches!

Meet Joyell H:


After major surgery, a death in the family, and an 800-mile relocation, Joyell was in need of something positive in her life.

Meet Dea M:

After relocating to a new city, Dea found little time to dedicate to her health and fitness. Trying to acclimate to her new surroundings added stress to her life, and with that stress came the weight gain.

After hearing about 80 Day Obsession, Dea decided that it would be the best thing for her, since she can do the workouts in the privacy of her own home and wouldn’t have to drive to a gym.

Eighty days later, Dea lost 25.7 pounds and 17.3 inches. “I feel like a million bucks! Physically, I have been challenged for 80 days, and my body has changed DRAMATICALLY,” says Dea.

“But that’s just the beginning. Mentally, I have more clarity and focus than I have in a long time.”

Meet Kristina D:

Over the course of a year, Kristina gained 20 pounds. She wasn’t going full force with her workouts and her nutrition was poor. Disappointed in how much she let things go, Kristina jumped at the opportunity to do 80 Day Obsession.

She lost 20 pounds and 14.5 inches after completing the program. “Every part of my body has completely changed. My face is way slimmer, my arms chiseled, my abs popping, and my legs are strong and lean,” says Kristina.

“Every day, I had an appointment with my trainer, Autumn. I had to show up! It was definitely a blessing!”

Meet Joan C:

Before starting 80 Day Obsession, Joan was at a standstill with her fitness and nutrition. She was bored with her workouts and needed a change.

Meet Emily F:

By the end of the program, Emily had lost 21 pounds and 23 inches. “After finishing 80 Day Obsession, I feel like I can now accomplish anything! I feel like I am on top of the world and I finally gave my life and body what it deserves,” she says.

Meet Daniel D:

 

Daniel loves a good challenge, so he decided to take his fitness to the next level and try 80 Day Obsession. The result?

He lost 14 pounds and 4.25 inches after completing the program.

“My whole body has changed, but the biggest change has definitely been my stomach! Also, the live workouts [of the test group] are what kept me accountable. It was as if I had a business meeting every day that could not be missed! I felt like part of the cast. I was getting that gym feeling from my home,” says Daniel.

Meet Miguel C:

Miguel often felt tired, bloated, and burnt out with life. The redundant workout routine he had done for years was no longer production results.

Also, having all the different workouts was the biggest reason I was able to stick with the program and complete it,” says Miguel.
